It is both a privilege and a delight to be a member of WLC, where we bring community, intelligence, ambition and often laughter together to examine the issues of women and leadership. Our times have surprised us with a growing, rather than receding, need to face some of these obstacles with urgency. Whether with pointed determination, or lighthearted fun, we always find a way to leave our time together with renewed determination and inspiration. I think we all feel the same way about the group ... by being together, we have an opportunity to both lead, and be led, in the best way.
